She took up organic farming, Vegetable cultivation in control condition (Polyhouse) and production of bio & organic inputs. In Social Sector, as a trainer, provided training and capacity building for 5 years to women entrepreneurs, SHG members and unemployed youths to take up mushroom cultivation, processing and value addition as a livelihood option. She started her career as a Programmer in Planning & Co-ordination Dept., State Secretariat, Bhubaneswar then joined Central Rice Research Institute (CRRI), Cuttack as Research Associate & managed nodal office of NATP Project. Academic career as Lecturer cum Software Developer in NIST, Berhampur and then Nilachal Polytechnic, Bhubaneswar. Worked as a Software Engineer in ISE Global, Bhubaneswar. Served 16 years in different organizations in different roles. Took a break to start own enterprise.

Post Graduate Diploma in NGO Management from Entrepreneurship Development Institute (EDI), Ahmedabad having more than 17 years of experience in marketing and value addition of FPOs & SHGs Produces Like Turmeric, Ragi, Lemongrass Oil, Chilly, Sugarcane and millet based products, jack fruit, Sunflower, Mango, Banana, Yam, Vegetables, mustard etc. Also, he has a good experience in non-farm sector activities like candle making unit, Wooden craft, Bamboo craft, traditional food item etc. He is having a long-term association with institutional building services on promotion of FPOs, capacity building and establishment of marketing channel. Rural marketing is his core focused area to penetrate different products at village level.

He has laid a strong foundation to combat against social injustice, untouchability, caste prejudice that persists in community. In a meaningful way he has focused on youth to bring tangible change in the society. He is having a strong background in different initiatives towards conservation of natural resources through watershed management, rain water harvesting, afforestation, converting degraded land into horticulture based orchards. His initiative to establish library at village level helped lot of children to access study materials as well to enrich their knowledge in many fields.

He tries to be the voice of voiceless in context to rights and entitlement of vulnerable community.
