Dealing with Accounts, Administration, Financial Management; Tracking of cash flow, invoicing process for funders, Data base of projects; Legal compliances, HR update and generation of need based reports. Previously worked as Multi-skill Expert in OIIPCRA Project (World Bank Project) under BKSL.

Provides technical support to fisheries farmers. He is involved in promotion of Fisheries FPOs and capacity building of Fisheries Cooperatives in Tripura.

Provides handholding support to the Accountants of FPOs to maintain books of records of FPOs, & ensuring the entry in Tally software on regular basis of all FPOs, providing necessary support to the Accountants of FPOs, and Maintaining data base of all records.

Bachelor of Arts with specialization in Gender Studies & Disaster Management from Tripura University; Diploma in Computer Application; Certified course in Employability Training by TCS; Life Saving Techniques sponsored by DoPT, Govt of India at SIPARD. Provides support to FPOs for data uploading and data maintenance in MIS Portal. Conducts training for FPOs on digital marketing and products upload. Also engaged in on-boarding of FPOs/FFPOs/Cooperatives into ONDC, eNAM and other digital platforms/network to sell the products of FPOs/FFPOs/Cooperatives.

Bachelor of Arts with Sociology, Environmental Studies, Indian Society & Culture from Utkal University with 9 years of working experience in social sector. Presently working with FPOs & Producer Clusters helping them in developing SoP and different tools for smooth functioning. Supports the project team to mobilize the farmers as a shareholder and conducting need based training and quarterly review to keep the program on track.

Bachelor of Arts with specialization in Economics from Utkal University having 10 years of experience working with woman empowerment and Self-Help Groups with special focus on income generation activities and micro lending. Presently working as FPO Coordinator and keeping the MIS of different shareholders and preparing the training reports of the organization. Engaged in preparation of training calendar both for CBBO and FPO staffs. Conducts virtual training with consultation of Experts and maintaining MIS of training conducted for different stakeholders. Responsible for preparation of progress reports of FPOs aligning with the deliverables.

Presently working with community institutions like FPOs, SHGs, Producer Clusters making awareness on social issues to be addressed by Community Institutions. Links various Government schemes with farmers/members of FPOs and Producer Clusters. Ensures women participation at the decision-making process of the institutions. Prepares project reports. Facilitates exposure visit of BoDs and progressive farmers. Tracks the projects with the achievement of deliverables verses planned activities as per timeline.
